Seeking senior producer for ultra-luxury weekends

I’m opening one seat for a senior producer to steward two ultra-private destination weddings in the Sept 14–22 window — Lake Como and Nassau — managing white-glove client touchpoints and leading our couture floral, Michelin culinary, and five-star property partners. Established relationships and NDAs are essential; share a concise portfolio and day rate for a retainer + per-event fee structure.

Ran a Como–Nassau double weekend last fall; ‘white-glove client touchpoints’ worked best with staggered WhatsApp check-ins, a concierge-only email alias, ATA Carnet for florals, and temp cold storage at the Nassau FBO. Small caveat: culinary teams entering the Bahamas need pre-cleared knives/fuel and vendor badges or security will hold them for up to 48 hours. Happy to DM an NDA and concise portfolio; day rate $1,400, retainer + per-event scope workable.

Did this same Sept 14–22 window last year: on Lake Como, several five-star properties require a SIAE music license and Comune notice to go past 23:00 — get it filed early so your “white-glove” flow doesn’t end in a midnight fade. If they won’t grant the extension, I pre-time the first dance earlier and shift the live set to cocktail to keep energy without breaching caps.
