This whole flexible scheduling idea is great, but , it can be a double-edged sword. You end up juggling a ton of clients and deadlines. Just last month, I missed a big deadline because I hadn’t managed my time properly.

But i totally agree about missing deadlines — it’s tricky managing multiple clients. One thing that’s helped me is setting clear boundaries for my schedule and using a planner to track each project’s timeline. It makes a huge difference.

I’ve found that setting specific work hours helps a lot. When clients know when you’re available, it reduces last-minute requests. How do you manage your client communications to prevent overlap?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌

, I hear you on juggling clients; i think having a solid plan for client communications is crucial. I started using a shared calendar to set expectations, and it really cuts down on last-minute requests.

Love the flexibility of these roles! I’ve been using @GoogleCalendar to keep my bookings organized. How do you all stay on top of multiple events?
